My opinion is that Betsy Ross made the flag.Because she showed George Washington, Colonel Ross and Robert Morris how to make a paper star.Also, because George Washington said that at church he heard that Betsy Ross could sew chair cushions shirt ruffles and etcetera.And, she gave all of those ideas about how the flag should look and be improved, she shared those ideas with George,Colonel Ross and Robert.
